Corrections are the most useful thing you can send. Tell us what is wrong and we will fix it and log it.
Reporting an error
This is the message we want most. If a number on this site does not match the Army source, we want to know today rather than after somebody trains to it.
It helps enormously if you include three things: the page, the specific figure you think is wrong, and the document you are reading it from. A directive paragraph or a form edition date is ideal. With that we can usually verify and correct within a day.
When we correct something we log it publicly with the date, including corrections nobody would have noticed. That is the whole basis on which we ask you to trust the rest of the site.
Write to hello@armygrader.com. Everything arrives in the same inbox, so there is no need to work out which address to use.
Questions we cannot answer
We are not the Army and we cannot act for it. We cannot tell you whether your specific score was recorded correctly, change anything in DTMS or IPPS-A, resolve a flag, or advise on your individual profile or a pending action.
For any of that, your chain of command, your S1, your Unit Fitness Program Manager or your profiling provider is the right route. They have access to your record and we do not.
Suggesting a tool
If there is a calculation you keep doing by hand, tell us. Several of the tools here exist because the arithmetic was tedious and the published guidance was scattered. We are more interested in tools that reduce errors than tools that chase traffic.
Using our material
The scoring standards belong to the Army and are public. Our explanations, tables and tools are ours. If you want to reference or quote something here, link to the page. If you want to do more than that, ask.
