Privacy Policy
What this site collects, what it does not, and why. Last updated 29 August 2026.
Army Grader is a reference site with free calculators on it. It has no accounts, no logins and no newsletter. The short version is that we collect as little as possible, and nothing that identifies you.
What the calculators send us
When you complete a calculation, the tool may send one anonymous record: the test, your age band, your scoring column, your standard, your total score and your per-event points, with a timestamp. That is all.
It does not include your name, your IP address, your user agent, your unit, your device, or anything that could be traced back to you. We use it for one purpose: to build percentile comparisons once enough results exist, so a soldier can see where a score sits rather than only whether it passed.
The AFT Grader Assistant is different. A squad roster contains names, ages and results, so that tool never transmits anything. The roster is stored in your own browser and stays on your device. Clearing it deletes it permanently, which is why the tool asks you to export the CSV first.
Cookies and analytics
We use analytics to understand which pages get used and where people give up. That software may set cookies and record standard technical information such as approximate region, browser and referring page.
We do not run advertising, we do not sell data, and we do not share anything with data brokers. There is nothing on this site that follows you to another one.
Local storage
Some tools save your inputs in your browser so a dropped connection does not lose your work. That data never leaves your device and is not readable by us. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Links to other sites
We link to army.mil, armypubs and other official sources. Those sites have their own policies and we have no control over them. When you follow a link away from here, this policy stops applying.
Children
This site is aimed at serving soldiers and people preparing to enlist. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.
Changes and questions
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. If you want to know exactly what is stored, or you would like a record removed, use the contact page and say so.
